Start weight: 125 lbs
End weight: 115 lbs.

#2 Create an okay to eat plan

  • Coffee 
  • Egg sandwich
  • Green Monster Smoothie
  • V8
  • All Fresh Fruit
  • All Vegtables
  • All Nuts
  • All lean meats
  • Cheese
  • Yogurt
  • Nut Thins
  • Dark Chocolate (one Piece)
  • Wine (one glass)


  • Limit processed foods and sugar

Weigh daily, every morning. Track weight in TP

#4 - Be a realistic optimist
